Terms and Conditions

1. The following Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions.


2. This Promotion is available exclusively to customers who have an account with Betclic and received communication about the offer.


3. Credit your account with a minimum deposit of 10€ and you will receive bonus of 50% of your initial deposit up to the maximum amount (or applicable currency equivalent) displayed on the My Bonuses page.


4. To receive the offer customers must opt-in to the bonus on the deposit page when making their deposit.


5. Eligible deposit methods for this offer are Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, EU Teller and Instant Bank. For Germany E-Wallets are excluded from this offer and any instances of accounts receiving the bonus via a non-eligible deposit method will have the bonus and any winnings generated during wagering removed accordingly.


6. Upon successful deposit the funds used to activate the bonus will be ring-fenced, but are still eligible for withdrawal. The ring-fenced deposit and bonus must bet wagered as per the wagering requirements displayed on the My Bonuses page. Any bets that do not meet this criteria can be made with bonus money but will not count towards the wagering requirements needed to release the bonus for withdrawal. The withdrawable balance display is the total of the real cash and ring-fence balances, therefore winnings may be locked as per the terms outlined below.


7. Bonus triggering and wagering conditions should be indicated on the communications sent to eligible players and on the My Bonuses page.


8. When wagering the bonus customers real money balance is used first, followed by ring-fenced balance, then winlocked balance and finally the bonus balance.


9. Any winnings made from real money balance bets (or partial real-money funds) will be proportionally returned to the real money balance.


10. Any winnings made from ring fenced, winlocked and bonus balances (or partial funds) will be returned to the ring-fenced balance (up to the initial deposit value) with any surplus going to the bonus balance (up to the initial bonus amount) with additional winnings to be placed in the winlocked balance.


11. Once the wagering requirements have been completed, funds in the ring-fenced balance, winlocked balance and bonus balance will be released and placed in the real balance and will be withdrawable.


12. If a withdrawal is requested prior to meeting the wagering requirements any funds in real balance and ring-fenced balance are available to be withdrawn. Any funds in the bonus balance and winlocked balance are not withdrawable and will be forfeited if the customer proceeds with the withdrawal. If the customer has any pending bets, those placed with real or ring-fenced balance (or part thereof) will be settled as withdrawable, while any pending bets placed with winlocked and bonus balance (or part thereof) will be forfeited upon bet settlement. If a bet is placed with part real balance and part bonus balance the ratio of real:bonus balance will be applied, real becoming withdrawable and bonus forfeited upon settlement.


13. If the bonus expires before wagering has been completed the ring-fenced balance will be unlocked and returned to the real balance and the winlocked and bonus balances will be removed and forfeited. Any winnings from pending bets that are settled after bonus expiry will go to the real balance.


14. If a bet is voided while the bonus is still active the bet stake is returned proportionally to the balance it came from and the wagering requirement increases by the stake of the bet.


15. If a bet is voided on a forfeited bonus the customer will be refunded any part of the bet that is placed with real or ring-fenced balance. Any part of the bet placed with winlocked and bonus balance will be forfeited.


16. If a bet is voided on an expired bonus the customer will be refunded the entire stake of the bet to the real balance regardless of the balance where the bet stake came from.


17. If a customer has two active bonuses on their account the bonus that was triggered first will be wagered first.


18. If a customer uses the cash-out feature at any stage of the wagering requirement any bet that is fully cashed-out does not count towards the wagering requirement and the stake of the bet will be added back to the wagering requirement once the bet is cashed-out. If a bet is partially cashed-out, only the stake of the bet that was not cashed-out contributes to the wagering requirements and the value of the stake that was cashed-out will be added back to the wagering requirement upon cashing-out. Cashed-out winnings are returned proportionally to the balance they came from, unless they Ring-fenced and bonus thresholds have been met, therein the remaining winnings will be returned to the winlocked balance.


19. Duplicate/repeated bets are not permitted at any stage of the bonus wagering. Duplicating or repeating bets may result in account closure without any refunds as deemed necessary by Betclic.


20. Eligible turnover of the bonus starts from when the bonus amount has been credited to the customer account.


21. The use of the bonus is governed by the rules applicable to the Sports universe. The rules can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Betclic.


22. The rules in this clause which are applicable to the bonus are subject to change at Betclic’s sole discretion. Betclic reserves the right to alter, annul or withdraw any and all of the terms of any bonus at any time. Amendments will be effective as soon as they are posted here. Players are strongly advised to regularly review all Terms and Conditions in order to keep up-to-date with any changes. Changes will be made upon reasonable notice and posted online or otherwise brought to your attention so that customers are able to read and accept them prior to continuing to participate in the Bonus.


23. This bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one bonus per person/household/IP-address/computer device/deposit method/credit card is permitted.


24. Any reasonable suspicion of abuse will lead to the bonus being cancelled as well as any winnings generated at any time during wagering, including winnings from the initial bet placed from the deposit. In cases of confirmed abuse, Betclic reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close an account without any refunds of any balances on the account.
